The Astrelux designer integrated and worked closely with the internal product team throughout the project. The primary task involved building a robust and scalable iOS design system in line with the company’s brand guidelines and UX principles. Additionally, Astrelux’s designer was responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive designs for the iOS application. The focus was on ensuring seamless navigation and facilitating delightful user interactions.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Astrelux is a mature company that takes excellent care of their customers during the sales and delivery process. He has a very warm client fit, and is a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive and deliver under pressure.

Describe your project in brief:
We needed help developing the Dubber app, which is available on iOS, Android, and on the web; it can be accessed to manage a user’s recorded session or search for calls. The activity of calls can also be seen in a dashboard. The app is highly responsive and snappy. The Dubber app has the flexibility to be reimagined for a service branding; and also has the ability to operate atop other Dubber services like Playback and BroadSoft.
The Playback service is deployed through service providers and private carriers. It can be deployed on any major UC platform including BroadSoft platforms such as BroadSoft switch and BroadSoft UC-One. The Playback service is a highly secure and cloud-based call recording for service providers. The Dubber app functions by running on top of the Playback service and can be deployed from within BroadSoft and other UC platforms can achieve unlimited scalability, matched by its short turnaround time.
What is the outcome of this project?
They delivered the project on time; for example, the architect(s) of Astrelux were able to understand the best solution, and they implemented it quickly and efficiently.
What was the biggest challenge that you think they should do better?
There was no issue from implementation.

Efforts were made to enhance the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of the web app, aligning with broader architectural improvements and system optimization goals.
What did you find most impressive about them the most?
Their ability to understand complex technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions quickly greatly impressed me. The team demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and effective communication, able to quickly grasp the nuances of our project and provide innovative solutions that met our needs efficiently.
What about the company that you didn’t like which could be better?
There was nothing in particular that I disliked. The team was professional and dedicated throughout the project. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to enhance the documentation provided at the end of the project to ensure easier handover and future maintenance.
